Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Conect Nanny platform, the user declares to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree with any of the terms described herein, we recommend that you do not use the platform.

2. Purpose

The Conect Nanny platform acts as an intermediary between parents/guardians and nannies/caregivers, offering real-time video monitoring technology. Conect Nanny is not a direct employer of registered nannies and is not responsible for the employment relationship between the parties.

3. Registration and Responsibilities

To use the platform services, the user must create an account by providing truthful and up-to-date information.

• Parents/Guardians: must provide truthful information about their children and specific care needs.
• Nannies/Caregivers: must provide services with diligence, safety and respect, following the guidelines received.
• All users must keep their passwords confidential and are responsible for any activity carried out on their accounts.

4. Video Monitoring

The service includes live streaming via body camera during the contracted period. Viewing is restricted to the contracted service period.

5. Payments

Payments are processed via a secure platform (Stripe/PayPal). Cancellations follow the policy established by Conect Nanny and may be subject to fees depending on the advance notice period.

6. Limitation of Liability

Conect Nanny is not responsible for the individual conduct of parents or nannies outside the platform. The platform provides tools to facilitate hiring and monitoring but does not guarantee the individual behavior of users.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Users' personal data is handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD - Brazil) and the applicable legislation of the state of Florida, United States.

8. Cancellation and Deletion

Users may request the deletion of their accounts and data at any time. The platform reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts in case of fraud, violation of terms or inappropriate conduct.

9. Changes to Terms

Conect Nanny may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the new terms. We recommend that users review this page regularly.

10. Jurisdiction

The jurisdiction of Orlando, Florida, United States, is elected to resolve any legal disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions of Use.
